A refund for Out There registation is only available until 11:59pm 14 April 2017. A 3% processing charge will be retained for any cancellation.
After this date you may send an another representative to the event without additional charge, however no cash refund will be available from that time.
To request a cancellation or to make a change to your existing registration, please send an email to events@westernsydney.org.au detailing your request.
